Pine for You is in pre-launch. This page is a holding placeholder for proper Terms of Service that will land before the iOS app is available. Here's the gist for now.

What this site is

A pre-launch waitlist for an iOS app that doesn't exist yet. You can read about what we're planning to build, and you can give us your email address so we can tell you when it's ready.

What it isn't

• A guarantee. Joining the waitlist doesn't entitle you to access the app, a particular price, or any specific feature. Plans change as we build.
• A contract. The descriptions on this site are forward-looking; the final product may differ.
• An offer to sell anything. There's nothing to sell yet.

House rules

• Don't try to break things. Don't submit forms in bad faith, don't try to bypass rate limits, don't scrape the page beyond ordinary use.
• We may change the site and these terms without warning while we're building. Material changes (e.g. how we handle data) will be announced before they take effect.
• The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it up and accurate but don't guarantee either.

When the app launches

A real Terms of Service and an EULA will go live before Pine for You is on the App Store. Anyone who's joined the waitlist will get a heads-up email with a plain-language summary of the new terms. You'll have a chance to opt out before downloading.
